Communication

It is our job as your Realtor to communicate frequently with you and to educate you about current housing market conditions. Our many years in the real estate market enable us to negotiate powerfully on your behalf. We will provide you with a regularly updated Comparable Market Analysis, and will be present at closing and offer continued services beyond the close of escrow.

Knowledge

There are almost one hundred distinct responsibilities, details and tasks that we manage and coordinate in a typical home sale, some of which are highlighted here. However, even more important than what we do as your Listing Agent is what we know as Illinois home seller agents.
